The motel was recommended because of the cleanness. The kindness and they said rooms were very comfortable.looking forward to stay there. The room is beautiful. The bed is super nice. Walking into the room there's are no words to explain but if I must use one word it would be outstanding.
I stayed here one night as I was passing through. Very clean room, no issues at all. There was plenty of parking for my truck. The manager was friendly even at the late hour that I showed up. The property was clean, even with trash cans in the parking lot. In the morning the manager was outside cleaning up the lot and surrounding area. Yes it may be a little outdated, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet.
So perfect! We stayed for 2 weeks and loved it! The bed and the kitchen are amazing! I could totally live here. The staff is so nice and I felt safe and comfortable my entire trip.
Great Owners that reflect the American entrepreneurial spirit. Who cares if they speak broken english. So did my grandparents. Rooms are clean. Nicely appointed and the beds are uber comfy. Two thumbs Up.
I’ve stayed at the budget hosting many times over the past four years. I have very important business in Gainesville to attend to and it is consistently been a great place for me to stay. Both the owner, VJ, and the rest of his family are great people and have always been hospitable to me with each stay.
excellent deal for the price. Clean, quiet, not fancy. Nice owners. I have seen the reviews from a year ago saying bedbugs, I checked mattress seams and have been here a day now and no bugs, so they must have fumigated sometime recently.
It's not fancy, however the room was clean. Kinda reminds you of a " no-tell motel " where you'd expect to pay by the hour . The furniture in the room is just old and outdated but again clean and the property itself was clean. Lady in office was nice, I will be staying here again and I would recommend to others.
It's goid for the price.. I just wish I knew they had a room with 2 full beds and a twin...we were 5 travelers..we could have gotten 1 room verses 2!! I know next time to ask for this room..lol
